1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon chili powder
5-6 pork chops (bone in preferred)
salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.
Sear pork chops in olive oil over medium im the dutch oven. Set aside.
Cook onions in oil until lightly brown, deglazing pan.
Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, water, ketchup and salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.
Return pork chops to dutch oven and be sure to cover with sauce.

This is definitely one of my favorite recipes now. A fairly healthy way to serve pork chops. The golden mushroom soup has a lot of flavor, without a lot of fat, unlike cream of mushroom soup.
6 – 8 pork chops
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
