  • Balsamic Dressing

    My aunt gave this ‘recipe’ to me.  It’s just darn good.
    In a good seasonings carafe, dump in “Good Seasonings” italian dressing mix, fill oil halfway up to the oil line, add about 3-4 Tbsp water, 1 Tbsp dijon dressing and fill the rest with Balsamic vinegar.  Shake.  Enjoy!
    I use this dressing for everything, but it’s especially good over greek salad.

  • Buttermilk Ranch

    5 Tbsp buttermilk
    3 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
    1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    Whisk together all ingredients until blended.  Store for up to 5 days.

  • Creamy Fresh Herb Dressing

    6 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp honey
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp parsley, chopped
    1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
    1 tsp lemon zest
    ground pepper, to taste
    Whisk ingredients together until well blended.  Refrigerate or use immedietly.  Store in a sealed container in refridgerator up to 5 days.
