It’s mine-ish, it’s low fat and low in calories and everyone loves it. Yes, part of it’s an actual dressing, but still. The marinade was inspired by my favorite chicken recipe which I found located at EatBetterAmerica.com. (Note: I really like this website, because unlike most websites that simply try to make Alfredo sauce healthy, they have entirely new recipes… while they do ‘healthify’ some, there are plenty that are actually original AND delicious!)
Of course, I have updated it with my own version which is here: My Awesome Feta Topped Chicken
My marinade (for 4 breasts):
1/2 cup Farmer Boy Greek Dressing
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp seasoned pepper
1-2 cloves garlic crushed or minced
Marinade for at least 30 minutes, but preferably more. I usually start the marinade, then start the grill prep. Then just grill it up and enjoy! Throw it in some salad or make my favorite chicken recipe.
